What's needed:

If you are delivering your equipment in person to your nearest dealer, we recommend that you also bring your Flitecell for a complete inspection and health assessment. Shipping second‑hand batteries is complex and costly, and is not required when equipment is being submitted for service.
If you are shipping your equipment, please ensure that the eFoil, Flite Controller, and TGP are securely packed within the eFoil travel bag and sent to your closest service location.
What's Included:

1. Servicing of the eFoil includes a comprehensive inspection and the replacement of motor seals, O‑rings, oil, anodes, and wing pads, along with any other preventative maintenance deemed necessary. The technician will also conduct a pressure test to verify water ingress protection and apply software updates where applicable.
2. Servicing of the Flite Controller involves assessing the overall condition of the unit and verifying proper operation of the trigger mechanism.
3. Servicing of the TGP includes a complete condition check and re‑greasing of the bearings.
4. All service activities are recorded within the Flite App, providing clear reminders and a detailed log of your service history.
