Product Registration - How to Register and Link Your Device

1. Open Flite app menu and select Product Registration.

2. Select "register product" then select the product you wish to register i.e. board, efoil, Flitecell.

3. Enter your Serial Number and select "continue" (Note this will automatically populate colour,size, material etc if known).

4. If Serial number cannot be found however is the correct serial number you can still "proceed".

5. Select "place of purchase and purchase date". Ensure this matches the Proof of Purchase.

6. Upload photo by selecting the "add receipt" button and upload a proof of purchase to verify your warranty if applicable.

Linking Device to a Registered product: 

1. Open the devices page in your app. select your device i.e eFoil, Battery etc. (Note this can be without powering up the eFoil, battery etc)

2. Scroll to the bottom of the devices page and select Product registration and select where it reads "not linked" 

3. Once you have selected "not linked" it will take you to a list of your registered devices. Select the appropriate registered product to link it to i.e eFoil, Battery etc.
