The CPU Serial number is only found in the Flite App. It is under 'Devices'. If you have multiple Fliteboards, please make sure you select the 'Device' (Fliteboard) you are inquiring about. The CPU Serial number is displayed in the CPU serial number field under 'Device Info'.
This is the name that is publicly displayed. It is found in 'Account Settings'.
Please enter the software version of your Flite Controller. A picture of your Flite Controller's trigger can help with identifying your Flite Controller model.
This is the physical eFoil system serial number. It starts with FBE... and is found at the top of the mast on a black sticker. Please note the eFoil serial number is only visible when the eFoil is removed from the board. This serial number will be required for any inquiries involving the eFoil operation.
The Flitecell serial number starts with FBF... and is found on the front face of the Flitecell. This serial number will be required for any inquiries involving the Flitecell.
The board serial number starts with FBD... and is found on the bottom of the board near where the eFoil (mast) is mounted. The board serial number is also located on the starboard side of the stern. This serial number will be required for any inquiries involving the board.
