Flite Jet 2 Impeller Removal and Race Impeller Installation Instruction

  1. Remove the Jet Nozzle by hand or use a rubber wrench strap or similar (reverse thread) rotate clockwise. 
  2. Remove the Impeller nut using a 13mm socket and abrasion resistant gloves or a strong rag holding the impeller. Rotate anti clockwise to remove.
  3. Pull the impeller off using a rag. Leave the impeller pin ready for the installation of the race impeller.
  4. Push the race impeller into position over the impeller pin (align the opening with the impeller pin.
  5.  Hold impeller with a rag firmly and tighten impeller nut with 13mm socket. Tighten the nut firmly until you feel the impeller want to rotate in your hand in the rug
  6. Install the Jet Nozzle back into position (Note reverse thread) rotate anti clockwise.
